Nailers' announce open house

Wheeling, WV - The Wheeling Nailers announced today that tickets will go on-sale Tuesday, September 13th at 10am for the pre-season game scheduled between the Nailers and the Johnstown Chiefs. The pre-season game will be Saturday, October 15th at 7:30pm at WesBanco Arena. In conjunction with Wheeling's pre-season game, the Nailers will hold their annual Fan Fest/Pick-a-Seat event on the same evening of Saturday, October 15, 2005 at 7:30pm at WesBanco Arena.

"This will be an exciting evening for our fans," commented Rob Brooks, president of the Wheeling Nailers. "Fans will get a first look at the team for 2005-2006 while also having the opportunity to participate in locker room tours, player "meet and greet" activities and inflatable games for the kids," Brooks concluded. All tickets for the pre-season game and Fan Fest will be priced at $5.00 per seat at WesBanco Arena.

Tickets can be purchased at the WesBanco Arena Box Office, the Wheeling Nailers main office and on-line at Ticketmaster.com or at any other Ticketmaster location. The Nailers are also placing the finishing touches on a cooperative fundraising event for the individuals affected by Hurricane Katrina.
