Mystics Announce Website Re-Launch

Washington, D.C. -The Washington Mystics announced the re-launch of the team's official website, www.washingtonmystics.com, today. The new website took four months to complete and was designed by Rokkan, in collaboration with the WNBA and the Mystics.

The new site will feature a flash header highlighting Mystics players as well as a ticket center and calendar hub to make it easier for fan to access information pertaining to the team. The website will also host the first ever Mystics monitored message board as well as a multimedia center with video blogs from Mystics players and photo galleries of team events and games.

"We are thrilled to present our new online home," Mystics Chief Operating Officer, Greg Bibb stated. "I think our fans will find the new site to be interactive, entertaining, and the source for all things Mystics."

The Washington Mystics will tip off the 2008 season on Saturday, May 17th, on the road against the Indiana Fever. Washington will host the club's home opener on Sunday, May 25th against the four-time WNBA Champion, Houston Comets at 4:00 p.m. Season tickets for the 2008 season are currently on sale and can be purchased by calling the Mystics Sales Office at 1-877-DC-HOOP1 or by visiting the Mystics web site at www.washingtonmystics.com.
