Musketeers Announce Home Opener Details

Sioux City, Iowa - The Sioux City Musketeers are pleased to announce that they will host a pre-game tailgate party with a live band, food and drink specials, and a special player introduction ceremony for their home opener on October 3rd against the Sioux Falls Stampede.

The evening will kick off in front of the Tyson Events Center at 5:00pm when local band Premium Draft begins a 2 hour set from 5:00pm to 7:00pm on the mall outside of the Tyson Events Center Box Office. Centerplate will have Hot dogs, Burgers, chips, 16 oz. draft beer, canned soda and bottled water available at reduced prices for fans to enjoy as they wait for doors to open at 6:00pm.

Doors will open at 6:00pm. A limited number of fans will receive a free magnetic schedule as they enter the gates. Fans can enjoy more food and beverage specials inside including 16 ounce draft beer, 24 ounce fountain pop, hot dogs and large popcorn, all available for $3.00 each.

Fans will want to be sure they are in their seats by 6:55pm for a special pre-game introduction ceremony to meet the 2015-16 Musketeers. The introductions will include an all new "Hit the Ice" video produced by IowAerial, the same company that produced last years award winning highlight and "Hit the Ice" videos.

Pre-game festivities will begin at 7:00pm. Anticipated start time for the game against Sioux Falls is 7:10pm.
