
Musketeers Acquire Ignat Belov from Cedar Rapids

Sioux City Musketeers News Release
The Sioux City Musketeers have acquired Ignat Belov from Minsk, Belarus from the Cedar Rapids Roughriders off waivers. This is Belov's first year in the USHL. The 18 year old is 219 lbs and has committed to play hockey at the University of Connecticut next year. Head Coach Luke Strand said "We are excited to add Iggy to our group. Iggy has the size and skill for a high ceiling as player. His addition will add depth to our forward group." Ignat will not play in the game against the Lincoln Stars on Wednesday night.
