
Mullet Night Coming Tomorrow To US Airways Center

Phoenix, Ariz. - The Phoenix RoadRunners of the ECHL will host their first annual "80's Mullet Rock Night" at 7:11PM Friday as the RoadRunners conclude a three-game series with the Alaska Aces at US Airways Center.
The first 2,000 fans will receive retro-style mullet wigs, and there will be contests held throughout the game including "Best Natural Mullet." The RoadRunners are also pleased to welcome the band "CTS" who will be performing before the game beginning at 6PM, and during both the first and second intermission. "CTS" will be one of the featured bands at the upcoming P.F. Chang's Rock N' Roll Marathon this Sunday in Tempe.
The RoadRunners became the first team in the ECHL to shutout Alaska this season after blanking the Aces 3-0 in the series opener Tuesday at US Airways Center. Goaltender Mike Mole stopped all 35 shots to pitch the first shutout in RoadRunners ECHL history. Alaska currently holds the ECHL's best record at 26-5-3.
