NEWS & NOTES: - Mudcats Pull Away from Dash - Carlos Moncrief belted a three-run home run in the third inning, and the Mudcats used six early runs to cruise past the Dash 7-3. Michael Goodnight picked up his first win by holding Winston-Salem to three runs through five innings.
- Streaking - Catcher Jake Lowery enters today with a six game hitting streak. During this stretch, he is batting .434 (10x23) with 5 RBI. The first-year Mudcat belted his first home run on April 8.
