
Mudcats Announce Transactions

Carolina Mudcats News Release
Zebulon, NC --- The Cincinnati Reds have announced a pair of roster moves affecting Double-A Carolina prior to tonight's series opener at Tennessee.
RHP Jordan Smith has been placed on the seven-day disabled list retroactive to April 24, while RHP Justin Mallett has been assigned to the Mudcats from Triple-A Louisville.
The Mudcats active roster remains at 24 players.
