Montgomery, Ala. - The Jacksonville Suns have made the following transaction in time for the Saturday April 25 game against the Montgomery Biscuits:
LHP Kasey Olenberger has been added to the roster from the Florida Marlins extended spring program and will be available for tonight's game. A jersey number will be assigned upon his arrival.
Olenberger spent the past four seasons in the Los Angeles Angels farm system, including the last three with the Salt Lake Bees of the Triple-A Pacific Coast League. The Marlins signed Olenberger as a free agent during the offseason.
The Suns now have 24 active players, the Southern League maximum, with seven players on the disabled list.
