The Tampa Bay Rays have made the following transactions affecting the Double-A Montgomery Biscuits:

OF John Matulia placed on the disabled list (elbow)...RHP Brian Baker added from Hudson Valley (A-) roster.

The corresponding moves leave the Biscuits at the roster maximum of 24 active players with one currently on the disabled list.
