Mooseheads to Unveil 25th Anniversary Jersey Saturday Night

The Halifax Mooseheads will have a new look when they play their Home Opener Saturday night against the Cape Breton Screaming Eagles at Scotiabank Centre at 7pm.The Mooseheads will wear their new 25th Anniversary jerseys for the first time this season in front of what is expected to be a large, boisterous Mooseheads crowd. These limited-edition jerseys will only be worn during the 2018-19 season and are a part of the team's season-long celebration of 25 years of Mooseheads hockey.
"It's been a remarkable first 24 seasons in Moose Country" stated Brian Urquhart, President Halifax Mooseheads. "We're looking forward to a fun season with our fans leading up to the ultimate celebration of Mooseheads hockey in Halifax with the hosting of the 2019 Memorial Cup."
Fans have also been tasked with choosing the Mooseheads All-25 Team which will be unveiled later in the season. A number of other celebrations will take place throughout the season during the in-game experience.
