
Moose announce qualifying round playoff tickets on sale

The Manitoba Moose announce that American Hockey League playoff tickets for the qualifying round are on sale for the upcoming AHL playoffs.
The team is currently the sixth seed in the Eastern Conference with three games remaining in the regular season. If the Moose finish the season as the seventh or eighth seed, they will host at the Winnipeg Arena the best-of-three qualifying round series. All games will start at 7:30 p.m.:
Game One: Tuesday, April 9, Game Two: Thursday, April 11, Game Three: Friday, April 12 (if necessary)
Tickets are now available at all Select-A-Seat outlets and at the Winnipeg Arena box office. Tickets can be ordered by phone by calling Select-A-Seat at (204) 780-SEAT (7328).
If the Manitoba Moose end the regular season with a higher seed than seven, the team will receive a bye into the conference quarterfinals (second round) of the AHL playoffs. Tickets purchased for the qualifying round can be refunded or transferred for use in the conference quarterfinals.
Fan Appreciation Day: The organization is proud to thank the fans for their support throughout the season by organizing Fan Appreciation Day on Sunday, April 7. There have already been over 11,000 tickets sold for the final regular season game. Throughout the game, there will be numerous Fan Appreciation prize giveaways including 5000 team photo pictures given to the first 5000 fans in attendance. The team are poised to break the existing Manitoba Moose attendance record of 11,473.
