ONTARIO, Calif. - The Ontario Clippers (8-5), the NBA G League affiliate of the LA Clippers, defeat the Salt Lake City Stars (5-7), 147-104, on Monday night in the first of a two-game set.

Xavier Moon led the Clippers with a huge double-double of 30 points (12-17 FGM) and 10 assists. Nate Darling added 23 points on 9-14 FGM (4-6 3PM) off the Ontario bench while Moses Brown contributed a 12-point, 10-rebound double-double.

The Stars were led by Frank Jackson's game-high 31 points on 11-19 FGM (7-11 3PM).

The Clippers couldn't miss, hitting 66.7 percent of their shots on the night (58-87 FGM) and 57.1 percent from distance (16-28 3PM).

Salt Lake City shot 42 percent from the field (34-81 FGM) and 43.8 percent from three-point range (14-32 3PM)

Next up, the Clippers go for the sweep on Thursday, as they host a rematch against Salt Lake City. Tip-off is scheduled for 7 pm PST inside the Toyota Arena.
