MONTGOMERY - Utility infielder Aaron Sisk was assigned to Vero Beach (A-Advanced - Florida State League), the Montgomery Biscuits announced on Monday.
The 28-year-old Sisk collected two hits in 14 at-bats for a .143 batting average in five games with the Biscuits. The Texan was batting .268 with 11 home runs and 36 RBIs for Vero Beach when he was promoted to the Southern League on August 1.
There was no corresponding move on Montgomery's active roster, which currently consists of 23 players.
