
Monarchs Loan F Derek Arnold to Ontario Reign

MANCHESTER, N.H. - Manchester Monarchs Head Coach Richard Seeley announced today that Derek Arnold has been loaned to the Ontario Reign (AHL).
The 5-foot-8, 165-pound forward played in all three of the Monarchs games this season, adding two points on one goal and one assist, including the game-winning-goal Opening Night against the Brampton Beast.
Arnold, a native of Foxboro, Mass., played collegiately at UMass-Lowell, appearing in 154 games over four seasons, while scoring 98 points on 64 goals and 34 assists. During the 2014-15 season, Arnold played for Lillehammer IK of the Get-ligaen, the premier hockey league in Norway.
The Monarchs are back in action Saturday, Oct. 31 (7:05 p.m.), when they take on the Elmira Jackals in Elmira N.Y.
