Manchester Monarchs News Release
MANCHESTER, NH - The Manchester Monarchs, the AHL affiliate of the Los Angeles Kings, will make several community appearances this month. Defensemen Joe Rullier and Tomas Zizka will be at JFK Ice Arena on Wednesday, January 21 from 4:45-6 p.m. to help with the Manchester Flames Squirt 2 youth hockey practice. Center Yanick Lehoux and right wing Pavel Rosa will also stop by JFK Ice Arena from 6:15-7:45 p.m. on the same night to help with the Manchester Flames Squirt 3 youth hockey practice. All four players will be available to sign autographs after their practices.
Left wing Noah Clarke and right wing George Parros will help with the Laconia youth hockey practices and sign autographs at Lakes Region Arena from 5:45-8 p.m. on Wednesday, January 21.
The Monarchs will hold their third open practice of the season at Everett Ice Arena in Concord on Tuesday, January 27. The players will practice from 6:15-7:15 p.m. and will be available to sign autographs following practice.
Center Steve Kelly and right wing Sam Ftorek will be at St. Anselm's Arena on Wednesday, January 28 to help with the Manchester Flames PW1 youth hockey practice from 5-6:10 p.m.
Right wing Scott Barney and defenseman Doug Nolan will stop by the West Side Arena to help with the Manchester Flames PW2 youth hockey practice from 6:15-7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, January 28.
Left wing Jeff Giuliano and goaltender Mathieu Chouinard will be at Henry J. McLaughlin School in Manchester on Thursday, January 29 from 12:45-1:45 p.m. to speak to the students about setting and achieving goals as part of the Monarchs Goals For Success programs.
The Monarchs have three road games this weekend as they travel to Providence on Friday, January 23 for a 7:05 p.m. face-off against the Bruins. The Monarchs then head to Hartford for back-to-back games with the Wolf Pack on Saturday, January 24 at 7:05 p.m. and on Sunday, January 25 at 4:05 p.m. The Monarchs next home game is on Friday, January 30 versus Bridgeport Sound Tigers.
