Monarchs Announce Front Office Changes

MANCHESTER, NH - The Manchester Monarchs, the primary affiliate of the Los Angeles Kings, have promoted Jason Bergeron to Director of Ticket Sales and Jeph Fillion to Ticket Sales Manager, as well as hired Phil Signoroni as the Director of Marketing and Brian DeAngelo, Matt Presti and Jason Rourke as Account Executives, Monarchs President Jeff Eisenberg announced today.

Bergeron, 28, moves into the Director of Ticket Sales position where he will oversee the ticket sales department. Joining the Monarchs in August of 2002, the native of Manchester, New Hampshire, has moved up the corporate ladder from Account Executive to his current position. Bergeron graduated from Nichols College in 2000 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and a minor in Economics. He resides in Manchester with his wife Amy, son Connor and daughter Ashley.

Fillion, 25, has been promoted to Ticket Sales Manager where he will work in conjunction with Bergeron to oversee the day-to-day activities of the sales department. The native of Merrimack, New Hampshire, has been an Account Executive for the Monarchs for three seasons. Prior to joining the team, Fillion worked for the AHL's Albany River Rats for a year.

Signoroni, 30, has joined the Monarchs after serving as the Director of Marketing for Northeastern University. The native of Port Washington, New York, received his Master's Degree in Sports Management from Springfield College in 2006 and his Bachelor of Science's Degree in Education from the University of Vermont in 1999. Signoroni will have a similar role with the Monarchs as he did with Northeastern University as he will be in charge of game presentation and game promotions, as well as advertising, customer service, market research and oversee the creative services department. He currently resides in Brighton, Massachusetts, with his wife Tanya.

DeAngelo, 24, interned in the Monarchs Sales and Marketing Department before being hired as an Account Executive. The native of Andover, Massachusetts, has his Master's Degree in Sports Management from Florida State University and his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Vermont.

Presti, 23, is a 2006 graduate of Southern New Hampshire University. The native of Bethel, Connecticut, received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Sports Management. Presti served as a Ticket Operations Intern with the New Hampshire Fishercats for the 2005 season and was a Sales and Marketing Intern with the Monarchs prior to being hired fulltime.

Rourke, 23, graduated from the University of New Hampshire-Durham in May of 2006 with a Bachelor's degree in Communications and a minor in Business and Kinesiology. The native of East Derry, New Hampshire, was the Assistant Director of Marketing and Promotions for the UNH Men's Hockey team. Rourke also interned with the Boston Bruins and Hockey East organizations.
