Tonight, the Niagara IceDogs were back at home facing off against the Mississauga Steelheads.
The Steelheads got off to a fast start and were able to get a shorthanded goal early in the period. Their second goal came late in the first.
After 20 minutes of play, the score sat at 2-0 Mississauga.
The IceDogs' Danil Gushchin got a power play goal early in the second. However, Mississauga was able to return 2.
After two periods, the score was 4-1 Steelheads.
The Steelheads managed to get 3 more goals in the third period.
Ultimately, the IceDogs fell to Mississauga 7-1.
