SPRINGFIELD--Bryan Rodriguez picked up his first win since May 20 as the Missions captured the opener of a six-game road trip Thursday night in front of 3,845 at Hammons Field.
Rodriguez allowed just the one run over six innings of work in the club's first game since the all-star break. He entered the game having posted a 7.04 ERA in his three previous starts.
Taylor Lindsey and Yeison Asencio homered while Luis Domoromo collected a season-high three hits to lead a 12-hit attack.
Three relievers combined for three scoreless innings with Michael Dimock earning his third save of the season.
San Antonio has notched 23 hits in winning the last two games after scoring eight runs on 25 hits during their four game losing streak.
The Missions have won 10 of the last 13 games at Hammons Field, including three of four this season, while improving to 3-4 in the second half.
