
Minnesota Lynx Head Coach Don Zierden to Miss Thursday's Game vs. Houston Comets

HOUSTON, TEXAS - Minnesota Lynx head coach Don Zierden will miss Thursday's game between the Lynx and Houston Comets, scheduled to be played at 11 a.m. CT at Reliant Arena in Houston. Zierden, who will miss the game due to illness, did not travel with the Lynx to Houston Wednesday afternoon and remained in Minnesota. Assistant coach Julie Plank will assume the head coaching duties for Thursday's game. Zierden is expected to join the team in San Antonio and resume his coaching duties when the Lynx meet the San Antonio Silver Stars on Saturday at 7 p.m. CT.
