GAME: Cincinnati Mighty Ducks (30-28-9-3) at HAMILTON BULLDOGS (32-27-8-3)

The Cincinnati Mighty Ducks finish their 10-game, 18-day road trip when they travel to Copps Coliseum to face the Hamilton Bulldogs for the fourth and final time this season.

The Ducks are coming off a 3-2 loss March 17 at Portland and have just one win in their last eight games (2-6-1-0). Cincinnati's 72 points are three behind Hershey and Philadelphia for the seventh and eighth seeds in the Western Conference.

The Ducks have scored just 10 goals in their last eight games and 20 in their last 11. They have gone a franchise record nine consecutive games without a power-play goal, going 0-for-25 in that stretch.

The Bulldogs have won two straight games and are unbeaten in their last four (3-0-1-0). They trail first-place Quebec by six points in the Canadian Division and are seventh in the overall Eastern Conference standings.

STANDINGS: Ducks - 72 points, 2nd place, 12 PB Central Division. Bulldogs - 75 points, 2nd place, 6 PB Canadian Division.

TEAM LEADERS: Ducks - Steve Brule, 18 goals, 36 assists, 54 points; Travis Brigley 20 goals and 40 points; Ryan Barnes 152 PIM. Bulldogs - Jason Chimera 21 goals, 46 assists, 67 points, 142 PIM; Fernando Pisani 24 goals and 55 points; Jani Rita 25 goals.

SPECIAL TEAMS: Ducks - Power play: 16.7 percent (47-for-282), 17th in AHL. Penalty killing: 85.1 percent (263-for-309), 6th. Bulldogs - Power play: 17.4 percent (58-for-334), 10th. Penalty Killing: 86.5 percent (289-for-334), 10th.

GOALTENDERS: Ducks - Ilja Bryzgalov (18-13-4, 4 SO, 2.43 GAA); Jason Elliott (10-14-5, 1 SO, 2.73 GAA). Bulldogs - Marc Lamothe (18-18-2, 3 SO, 2.46 GAA); Ty Conklin (12-10-6, 1 SO, 2.73 GAA).

SEASON SERIES: Ducks lead 2-1-0-0 (1-0-0-0 at Hamilton). Jonas Ronnqvist and Steve Brule scored eight seconds apart in the first period to lead the Ducks to a 4-1 win February 8 at Copps Coliseum the last time the clubs met. Ilja Bryzgalov recorded 31 saves in the victory. Ales Pisa netted the lone goal for Hamilton.

ROAD/HOME RECORDS: Ducks - 13-19-3-1 on the road; Bulldogs 20-10-5-0 at home.

CINCINNATI - HAMILTON CONNECTIONS: Bulldogs right wing Craig Reichert scored the first goal in Cincinnati franchise history with a power-play tally 10:49 into the first period October 4, 1997 vs. Kentucky. He ranks second on the club's all-time career leader list in goals (56), assists (100) and points (156). Hamilton defenseman Chris Hajt is the son of former Cincinnati Swords defenseman Bill Hajt (1972-74).
