
Mighty Ducks Announce Roster Moves

CINCINNATI, Ohio -- The Cincinnati Mighty Ducks loaned left wing Brian Gornick to the United States National team and center Igor Pohanka to ECHL San Diego on Thursday.
Gornick, a ninth-round pick by Anaheim in 1999, has not appeared in a game with Cincinnati this season. The 6-foot-5, 210-pounder had two goals and four assists with 14 penalty minutes in 54 games with Cincinnati last season.
Pohanka, a second-round pick by New Jersey in 2001, had one assist in six games with Cincinnati this season.
The Ducks roster now stands at 22 players, including two goaltenders, eight defensemen and 12 forwards.
