
Mets Option INF Ruben Tejada to Bisons

Buffalo Bisons News Release
The New York Mets announced that they have optioned INF RUBEN TEJADA to the Buffalo Bisons.
Tejada will join the Herd for the second time this season. The 20-year old was with the Bisons from April 10 - June 4 and hit .294 (50-170) with one home run, 11RBI and 21 runs scored in 51 games.
With the Mets, Tejada was hitting .212 (22-104) with 17 runs scored, four doubles and five RBI.
