Mets Begin Loaded 8-Game Home Stand Sunday

PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. - The St. Lucie Mets begin a season-long eight-game home stand on Sunday afternoon. The stretch of games at Tradition Field spans Sunday-Sunday and features the Mets taking on three different opponents.

On Sunday and Monday, the Mets host the Brevard County Manatees. The defending Florida State League champion Charlotte Stone Crabs come to town Tuesday-Thursday and the Bradenton Marauders close out the long week with a visit Friday-Sunday.

Highlighting the week will be Star Wars Night on Saturday, postgame fireworks on Saturday and Dollar Night on Thursday. Tradition Field will also host the 7th Annual St. Lucie County Reading Festival and 2nd Annual St. Lucie County Safety Festival on Saturday. Both events start at 9 a.m.

Here is a full list of happenings at Tradition Field for the eight games:

Sunday - 1 p.m.

-Sunday Brunch: Starting at 11:30 a.m. fans can enjoy a brunch buffet featuring an omelet station, meat carving station, French toast, bacon eggs, biscuits and gravy and more. Cost is $18 day of. The brunch will be held on the covered terrace and the price includes a ticket to the game.

-Family Four Pack: four tickets, four hot dogs, four sodas and one family popcorn for $24

Monday - 6:30 p.m.

-Kids Night: All kids 12-and-under receive free admission

Tuesday - 6:30 p.m.

-For $15 fans can get two tickets, two hot dogs and two sodas

-$2 general admission tickets for followers of @stluciemets on Twitter

-Baseball bingo (free for all fans)

Wednesday - 6:30 p.m.

-All You Can Eat and a Seat: For $15 fans can enjoy a smorgasbord of all-you-can-eat hamburgers, hot dogs, baked beans, macaroni salad, popcorn, $2 soda and water and $2 beer. Price includes a game ticket.

Thursday - 6:30 p.m.

-Dollar Night: $2 draft beers, $1 soda, $1 hot dogs and $1 popcorn. Purchase a special Mets solo cup for $10 and receive $1 beer refills on every Dollar Night the remainder of the season.

-#GivingDay for the American Red Cross

Friday - 6:30 p.m.

-First Responders Night: All police, firefighters and EMTs get a ticket for $4

-Klutch's Kids Crew Night: All kids club members receive free admission

-Fun Run Around the Bases after the game

Saturday - 6:30 p.m.

-St. Lucie County Family Reading Festival from 9 a.m.-1 p.m.

-St. Lucie County Safety Festival from 9 a.m.-2p.m.

-Star Wars Night: The Mets will wear their special Star Wars rebels jerseys and raffle the jerseys off to raise funds for M.E.'s Team Foundation. The foundation supports the well-being of children on the Treasure Coast.

-Blue Point Special: All-you-can-drink Blue Point for $15 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Includes game ticket

-Postgame fireworks
