McNutt Clears CHL Waivers, Pursuing Other Hockey Opportunities

The Swift Current Broncos announced today that 2003-born defenceman Adam McNutt was placed, and has subsequently cleared CHL Waivers.

The defender out of Saskatoon, Sask. is now free to pursue other junior hockey opportunities.

"I would like to thank Adam for his time spent here with us in Swift Current. He competed hard for us and was a popular player amongst our group," said General Manager Chad Leslie. "We would like to wish Adam all the best in his future endeavours."

McNutt's WHL career has spanned 138 games across four seasons. He played a total of 61 games over parts of two seasons with the Broncos. Prior to that, McNutt spent time with the Prince Albert Raiders and Regina Pats. During his time with the Broncos, McNutt scored three goals and added 16 assists for 19 points. He accumulated 72 penalty minutes, and a plus-11 rating during his time in the blue and green.

The Broncos would like to wish Adam the best in his future endeavours and thank him for his commitment to the Broncos and the community of Swift Current over the last two seasons.
