The Adirondack Phantoms are pleased to announce that this year's weekly Monday show will be broadcast live from the newest downtown Glens Falls establishment.
McGinny's Tavern at 193 Glen Street is the place to be for the "Phantoms Power Hour" on Mondays at 7:00pm throughout the season airing on the team's flagship station, Q101.7.
Come join the fun as Phantoms players appear live each week to talk with the fans and host Bob Rotruck. McGinny's will offer some Monday night specials for the fans as everyone has a great time.
Fans will get to hang out with the players in a casual setting as they learn more about the team.
"I'm pumped! The fans are really going to love this," said Phantoms broadcaster Bob Rotruck. "We've had so much input from fans who want to see the show live and I'm thrilled we get to deliver. Phantoms fans will love coming to the newest downtown hotspot on Mondays to talk Phantoms hockey."
The brand new McGinny's Tavern from local owners Chris Goss and Scott Perry will feature lunch and dinner daily and different entertainment at night. And, of course, the Phantoms Power Hour on Mondays throughout the season!
The debut of the Phantoms Power Hour Live from McGinny's Tavern will be October 17 at 7:00 p.m. Be There!
Q101.7 is again the radio Home of the Phantoms all season long as well as the official carrier of the weekly Phantoms Power Hour. Each game broadcast begins with the Countdown to Faceoff show at least 30 minutes prior to game-time.
Mark your calendars! Adirondack Phantoms Opening Night is Saturday, October 8. The Phantoms take on the Connecticut Whale to begin the third season of exciting Phantoms hockey in Glens Falls.
