Mayhem Collect Almost 800 Teddy Bears for Local Children

MACON, GA- The Macon Mayhem collected 779 teddy bears from Teddy Bear Toss Night on Saturday, December 16. All teddy bears will be donated to local hospitals and shelters for the holiday season.
"We are very proud of our fans for be so generous and gracious in their donation this past weekend," said Mayhem Director of Community Relations Colin Mitchell. "This is one of our favorite events to host every season, and we love being able to donate to children all over central Georgia, especially during the holiday season."
The Mayhem have donated over 550 teddy bears already to multiple different places, including the Navicent Health Children's Hospital, Houston Healthcare Pediatrics, The Methodist Home, Hephzibah Children's Home, and the Bibb County Sheriff's Office. The remaining teddy bears will be donated across central Georgia in the upcoming days.
