INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - The Missouri Mavericks have reached the final stage of their five-game road trip with this afternoon's contest against the Indy Fuel. The Mavericks have won three of their first four on the trip and can get back to .500 with a win today.

CHECKING THE RIVALRY

The Mavericks are facing the Fuel tonight for the third of three meetings this season, and the second of two at Indiana Farmers Coliseum. The Mavericks are 2-0-0 against the Fuel this season after claiming a 6-1 win in last night's opener of this weekend's back-to-back series. In their history the Mavericks are 6-0-0 at home against the Fuel and 2-1-0 on the road. Missouri has won two in a row on the road at Indy dating back to last February 23 and has outscored the Fuel 11-4 in those two wins. Josh Robinson is 2-0-0 against Indy this season and has stopped 53 of the 55 shots (.964 SVP, 1.00 GAA) in his two starts. The Mavericks are 8-0-0 against the Fuel dating back to the start of the 2015-16 season and last lost to the Fuel on Oct. 24, 2014 (5-1 in Indy).

ONE-TIMER * After being limited to an average of 1.4 goals per game in their first five games, the Mavericks are averaging 4.1 goals per game over their last 11. They were 1-4-0 in the first five and are 6-4-1 since.
