María Sánchez Named to Mexico Roster for October Friendly

Forward Maria Sanchez will join the Mexican Women's National Team for their upcoming camp in Mexico City, Mexico. The forward will join Mexico following Houston's regular season finale against Washington Spirit on October 1. Mexico is set to host Poland in for an international friendly on Oct. 7. Sanchez recently started in Mexico's international friendly against Angel City FC in Copa Angelina, where Mexico took the 1-0 victory.
The Houston Dash will finish up regular season play on the road against the Washington Spirit in hopes of earning the club's first-ever playoff appearance. The game will kickoff Saturday, October 1 at 6 p.m. CT at Audi Field. It will be streamed on Paramount+ and Twitch for international viewers. The Dash will host a watch party at Eureka Heights, where fans showing up in Dash gear will receive their first drink for free.
