Mark Lee Recalled to Hartford

Charlotte, N.C. - The Hartford Wolf Pack of the American Hockey League have recalled forward, Mark Lee from the Charlotte Checkers.

Lee, the Mount Pearl, Newfoundland native started the year with the Wolf Pack. During the course of the season, he has suited up in ten games for the Pack registering zero goals and two assists for two points. In 30 games for the Checkers this season, Lee has 15 goals and 18 assists for 33 points ranking him fourth in team scoring. Last season, Lee led the team in assists (54) and points (80) adding 26 goals in 59 games played.

The Checkers are in their 15th season of play as a member of the ECHL. The next home game takes place on March 20 against the Augusta Lynx. In the team's 14-year history, the Checkers have made the playoffs 10 times including three consecutive playoff appearances to date.
