
Florida's Cornacchia Fined

PRINCETON, N.J. - The ECHL announced that it has fined Florida defenseman
David Cornacchia an undisclosed amount as a result of his actions in ECHL
Game #751 against Mississippi on Mar. 11.
Cornacchia was assessed a major penalty for charging and a game misconduct
under Rule 43.5 Charging at 14:19 of the second period.
He is fined under Rule 29 Supplemental Discipline.
Under the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the ECHL and
the Professional Hockey Players' Association, player fines collected by the
ECHL are given to the PHPA for its ECHL Player's Hardship Fund.
