David Duke Jr. scored a game-high 30 points, RaiQuan Gray added 18 points for the Long Island Nets as they came back from a 23-point deficit for a 118-112 victory over the Lakeland Magic on Tuesday night.
Au'Diese Toney and Zavier Simpson each recorded a double-double for the Magic. Toney had 24 points and 10 rebounds, while Simpson tallied 16 points and 12 assists. The Magic led by 23 points early in the third quarter. The Nets went on a 13-2 run and reclaimed the lead after a made layup by Duke Jr. with 9:12 left in the game. The Nets led for the remainder of the match to clinch the first seed in the Eastern Conference playoffs.
