Saskatchewan Roughriders News Release
Saskatchewan Roughrider linebacker Macho Harris has been named a CFL Top Performer following week 14 action.
The 29-year-old picked up the Top Performer of the Week following an impressive outing in the Riders 33-21 win over Montreal on Sunday. The Virginia Tech product led the Riders defence by picking up five tackles while tying a single game franchise record with three interceptions - including a 50 yard return for a touchdown.
This is the first time Harris has been named a CFL Top Performer of the Week, picking up 100 points in the season long race.
It is the third time this season a Rider has earned Top Performer honours after Ryan Smith (week 2) and Weston Dressler (week 3) were previously recognized.
