Mississippi Braves News Release
Pearl, MS - The Mississippi Braves and West Tenn Diamond Jaxx game Monday night was postponed due to inclement weather. The two teams will play a doubleheader Tuesday night at 6:05 pm.
The gates at Trustmark Park will open at 5:00 pm and game one of the doubleheader is scheduled to begin at 6:05. The Braves and BayBears will play two seven inning games tomorrow night.
Fans who had paid tickets for tonight's game can exchange their tickets for any game throughout the rest of the M-Braves 2009 regular season.
In game one Tuesday, the Braves will send lefty Jose Ortegano (0-0, 0.00) to the hill to face West Tenn's Luis Munoz (4-4, 4.31). Game two will see the Braves Edgar Osuna (3-2, 3.86) take on West Tenn's Dan Cortes (0-2, 9.64).
