
Louisville City Offers Free Tickets for Local Educators

LOUISVILLE - Louisville City FC has a treat for teachers - free tickets to Sunday afternoon's match vs. Atlanta United 2 at Slugger Field. The club has set aside 300 free tickets specifically for local educators for Sunday's 3 p.m. match.
The tickets, made available through a simple registration link on LouCity's web site, are available now.
"We know many teachers are already hard at work preparing their classrooms for the upcoming school year," Louisville City President Brad Estes said. "We invite you to take a break Sunday afternoon and let us treat you to some professional soccer at Slugger Field."
To pick up their free ticket, local teachers and education professionals (college included), can use the following link to register: https://louisville-city-fc.activation.mvpindex.com/005/free-teachers-ticket-giveaway and then be prepared to show a valid ID at the Ticket Will Call window on Sunday.
Louisville City has reached out to JCPS and local colleges in an effort to spread the word about Sunday's giveaway.
With 12 games to go in the USL Championship regular season, Louisville City is currently 7th in the Eastern Conference with 33 points. The top 10 teams in the Eastern Conference make the playoffs. Louisville City and Atlanta United 2 kickoff at 3 p.m. Sunday.

WIN A CLASS RING
In addition to the free tickets to teachers, Louisville City has also partnered with Balfour, Sunday's game sponsor, for a halftime contest for high school sophomores and juniors. The Balfour Ring of Champions Shootout will award the winner with a free class ring from Balfour, second place will receive $150 off their class ring and third place will receive $75 off their class ring.
