Chattanooga Lookouts News Release
While the Lookouts bats produced base hits in seven of nine innings but they would only score in two innings for a 5-2 loss in game one with Jacksonville. The bulk of the scoring for the Jumbo Shrimp took place in the fourth. After getting a double play with the bases loaded the Shrimp load the boat again. This time a ground ball to short was thrown away at first and four runs were plated and the Shrimp never looked back. Zander Wiel would homer for his fourth time on the season in the fourth inning. Looks would add a run in the seventh but the damage was done by then. Monday the Lookouts go with RHP-Sean Poppen (24/5.05 ERA) while the Shrimp counter with RHP-Jordon Yamamoto making his first start. Air time on REAL 96.1 is set for 6:50 EDT and game at seven all on MiLB.com as well.
