The Lookouts lost 19-8 to the Montgomery Biscuits at AT&T Field.
Chattanooga scored first on a Quincy McAfee two-run homer, but Montgomery scored 7-runs in the third and did not look back.
The Biscuits scored 19 runs on 18 hits, hitting five doubles and three home runs. Mason Auer and Heriberto Hernandez each had a homer and four RBIs.
In the loss, the Lookouts were able to muster some offense. Rece Hinds and James Free joined McAfee with homers of their own. Outfielder Blake Dunn collected two hits and drew two walks.
In the ninth, infielder Francisco Urbaez scored a run and came into the pitch. In his first appearance, Urbaez recorded an out and closed the door on the Biscuits' offense.
Tomorrow Chattanooga aims to get back on track on a Fireworks Friday at AT&T Field. Gates open at 6:00 p.m. and first pitch is at 7:15 p.m.
