Chattanooga Lookouts News Release
The Rocket City Trash Pandas poured on 10 runs in their 10-3 win over the Chattanooga Lookouts.
Rocket City scored first, but Chattanooga took the lead on a Ruben Ibarra double and a Trash Pandas throwing error.
In the top of the fourth, Rocket City's offense exploded for five runs, highlighted by back-to-back RBI doubles by Josh Crouch and Ben Gobbel.
Jay Allen II cut the lead down to three with a solo shot, but the team only mustered six hits on the night. Rocket City answered Allen's home run with two runs in the top of the seventh and two more in the ninth.
Tomorrow is a 1:15 game and the last game before the MLB All-Star Break. Gates open at 12:00 p.m.
