CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. - Matt Wallach hit two homers, while Lookouts starting pitcher Allen Webster threw a gem of a game to lead the Lookouts to a 4-1 win over the Smokies in a rain-shortened contest at AT&T Field on Friday night.

Chattanooga scored their first run of the game in the bottom of the first inning. Rafael Ynoa led off the inning with a double and promptly swiped third, but an errant throw by catcher Michael Brenly allowed Ynoa to scamper home.

Wallach hit a two-run shot in the fifth off of Dae-Eun Rhee (6-5) to augment the Lookouts' lead, 3-0.

The Smokies scored their lone run of the game in the sixth inning. Logan Watkins began the inning with a double and advanced to third on a subsequent Jae-Hoon Ha single. Justin Bour then ripped a single to bring home Watkins. Lookouts starting pitcher Allen Webster, however, was able to settle down and retire the next three batters to prevent any further damage.

Wallach hit a solo shot in the eighth to put the score at 4-1. Shortly thereafter, the game was called due to stormy weather.

Webster (4-8) went six solid innings, yielding just one run one five hits and two walks, while striking out 10.

The Lookouts will allow tickets for today's game to be used as a rain check for a future game. Fans may bring their ticket(s) to the box office and receive a ticket to any future 2012 game, subject to availability. The Chattanooga Lookouts and Tennessee Smokies will continue their five-game series at 7:15 P.M., tomorrow.
