
Long Game, Big Win for Lookouts

It took nearly four hours for the Lookouts to pull off a big win over the Generals last night in the ten ining 6-5 victory. Fro the first five innings the Looks would trail. A two run sixth inning ended a 25 scorless inning drought. Then for the next two iinings they would not score and the Generals pushed two runs across the plate to reclaim the lead. In the ninth the door was nudged open with a four hit inning and the lead with a Taylor Trammell double to left. In the bottom of the inning reliever Joel Kuhnel was touched for a solo home run by Matt Jones. In the tenth Calten Daal would guide a single to the outfield and bring in the go ahead run. Jesse Stallings would slam the door on the generals for the win in relief and his first save. Saturday the series ends with the Lookouts RHP-Wendolyn Bautista (0-0,8.53) facing RHP-Bo Takahashi (4-2,3.20). Follow the game beginning at 6:50 EDT on 98.1 The Lake and at MiLB.com.
