Loktionov Recalled from Manchester

LOS ANGELES, CA - The Los Angeles Kings, parent club of the Manchester Monarchs, have announced that forward Andrei Loktionov has been recalled from the Monarchs, Kings President/General Manager Dean Lombardi announced today.

Loktionov, 21, appeared in 39 regular season games with the Kings this season, recording seven points (3-47) and two penalty minutes. The 5-foot-10, 179-pound native of Voskresensk, Russia has also played in 32 games with Manchester this season, recording 20 points (5-1520) and 10 penalty minutes. Loktionov was originally selected by the Kings in the fifth round (123rd overall) in the 2008 NHL Entry Draft.

The Monarchs continue their road trip with a stop at the DCU Center for a 7:00 p.m. contest with the Worcester Sharks on Tuesday, April 10.
