Lincoln Saltdogs News Release

LINCOLN - For the second time this year, a Lincoln Saltdogs game will be televised in Nebraska, thanks to Time Warner Cable. The Saltdogs' Wednesday night game against the St. Paul Saints will air on Time Warner Cable channel 202 beginning at 7 p.m. at no additional charge to digital cable customers.

"We had a great response from Saltdogs fans when we aired the season opener from Pensacola," said Ann Shrewsbury, director of public affairs for Time Warner Cable. "So when we heard this week's game was going to be produced for TV, we worked quickly to make the necessary technical adjustments to air the game on our cable system for Saltdogs fans."

The Saltdogs begain their final regular season road trip on Monday with a 7-3 win at St. Paul. The victory was the Saltdogs' fifth in their last six games and it brought them to within two games of the first-place Saints in the North Division standings with five games left to play.

The two teams continue their series on Tuesday at 7 p.m. with RHP Dan Reichert (7-5, 4.54) scheduled to start for Lincoln, while RHP Charlie Ruud (10-3, 3.68) will start for St. Paul.
