Lights FC Head Coach Cherundolo Inducted into National Soccer Hall of Fame

(Las Vegas, NV) -- Las Vegas Lights FC Head Coach Steve Cherundolo can now add another accomplishment to his career: Hall of Famer.
Cherundolo, 43, was surprised live on-air during last night's ESPN broadcast of the U.S. Men's National Team where he thought he was going to be interviewed about his experience playing 16 professional seasons in Europe. Instead, his former U.S. Men's National Team teammates Taylor Twellman & Tim Howard surprised him on-air that he had been selected into the National Soccer Hall of Fame.
The official induction ceremony will take place in October 2021.
Coach Cherundolo and his Lights FC team return to action tomorrow night (Friday, June 11th) at Cashman Field in downtown Las Vegas with kickoff scheduled for 7:30pm.
