LAREDO, TX - Sawyer Carroll hit a two run walk-off home run to right field to lead the Laredo lemurs to a 4-3 victory over the Grand Prairie AirHogs on Tuesday night at Uni-Trade Stadium.

With the Lemurs down 3-2 going into the bottom of the ninth the AirHogs turned to their closer Justin Dowdy. The bottom of the ninth started off with a Garrett Rau base hit up the middle to put a runner at first. Jake Opitz would then fly out to left to create the first out in the inning. Jimmy Mojica would come up next and on the first pitch of his at-bat, Rau would get caught stealing second to make the second out in the frame. Mojica would then single to keep the ninth alive for the Lemurs. With the game hanging by a thread Sawyer Carroll stepped into the box and crushed a 2-1 pitch over the right field wall to lead the Lemurs to the second walk off win in as many days.
