Owen Sound Attack News Release
Ledgerock and the Owen Sound Attack are both solid fixtures in the Owen Sound and area community. The representation of that is now firmly on display in the front lobby of the Harry Lumley Bayshore Community Centre. Ledgerock has donated a five foot by five foot, 2500lb, 3D stone carving of the Owen Sound Attack logo, firmly planted on a hand polished, 3000lb base.
The Algonquin Stone carving has intricate had-carved details. The teeth, claws and hockey stick of the Attack logo are smooth sanded; the surrounding surface and the "Attack" portion have a hand honed finish. "The Ledgerock employees have worked very hard on this project and their effort does not go unnoticed.", stated Attack Director of Marketing and Public Relations, Brent Fisher. "It is excellent down to every little detail and will be a fine addition to our facility for years to come."
Ledgerock has been in business for over fifty years doing various stone quarrying, cutting and carving. The carving is now on display in the main lobby of the Harry Lumley Bayshore Community Centre.
