FRISCO, Texas - The RoughRiders tangled with Tulsa in another great pitching duel Thursday night but fell 2-1 to the Drillers.

SYNOPSIS

* After being held scoreless for the first seven innings, the Riders broke through with a run in the eighth on a two-out RBI single from Charles Leblanc, cutting the Tulsa deficit to 2-1.

* Reliever Emmanuel Clase was used as an "opener" for the first time this season and tossed two scoreless innings, allowing just one hit.

* Jake Lemoine tossed a scoreless ninth to extend his Double-A scoreless streak to 16 2/3 innings.

KEY RIDERS PERFORMERS

* Emmanuel Clase: 2 IP, 1 H, 0 ER, 0 BB, 1 K

* Charles Leblanc: 1-for-4, RBI
