Pawtucket Red Sox News Release
The rest of the I.L. is mystified by Scranton closer Jonathan Albaladejo. Not the PawSox. Pawtucket has scored 4 of the 7 runs he's surrendered in 2010, including a pair in the eleventh inning on Tuesday. the PawSox stopped a 4 game losing streak, beating the first place Yankees 6-5. Jarrod Saltalamacchia delivered the fifth run in the 11th. Lars Anderson knocked in what proved to be the game winner. The PawSox blew leads of 3-0 and 4-3.
Daniel Nava belted a 2 run home run, his tenth of the year and Jack Hannahan clobbered a solo shot, his third since joining the club. The win goes to Fernando Cabrera (2-4). Robert Manuel earned his tenth save.
The Sox will complete their quick 4 game swing through Pennsylvania with a pair fo games in Allentown. Game one at Lehigh Valley is scheduled for Wednesday at 7:05 p.m.
