
Lake County Captains Home Opener Is Sunday

Lake County Captains News Release
(Eastlake, OH) - The Lake County Captains, the Class A affiliate of the Cleveland Indians, will open the home portion of the 2015 season with a six-game home stand beginning with Opening Day, Sunday, April 12 at 4 PM at Classic Park. The Captains will host the Bowling Green Hot Rods (Rays) for a three game series followed by three games against the West Michigan Whitecaps (Tigers). 2015 marks the teams 13th season in Eastlake.
On Sunday, the first 1,500 fans will receive a Captains Fleece Blanket courtesy of Lake Health while all fans will receive a magnet schedule presented by Wickliffe Country Place and Mapleview Country Villa.
Monday is Buck Night and will feature $1 Five Star Brand Hot Dogs, soda and domestic draft beer and $1 off a box seat ticket. Game time is 6:30 PM.
Tuesday is a 6:30 PM start and fans can enjoy All-You-Can-Eat Dinner and Drinks in the Officer's Club Suite for $40. The package, which includes a game ticket, features a dinner buffet that includes two entrée stations, snacks, dessert b ar, soft drinks and bottled water, and domestic draft beer and individual-sized wines.
Wednesday is a 6:30 PM start as the Whitecaps series begins.
Thursday is Thirsty Thursday, presented by Labatt and ESPN 850 WKNR, will feature a .25-cent Labatt Beer Happy Hour for one hour before game time and half-price domestic draft beer until 9 PM and half-price soda all game long. Game time is 6:30
As part of Thirsty Thursday, the Captains will offer an all-you-can eat wing and pizza buffet outside the Corona Castaways Bar for only $14.
Thursday will also feature an All-You-Can-Eat-Buffet in the Captains Cove, the Captains newest luxury area located on the suite level of Classic Park. The $25 ticket includes admission to The Cove, an all-you-can-eat buffet and non-alcoholic beverages.
The home stand concludes on Friday with game time at 6:30 PM.
