
LAFC Releases 2020 Preseason Schedule

The Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC) today announced its 2020 preseason schedule ahead of the Club's third campaign in Major League Soccer. The Club will begin training at the Performance Center on the campus of Cal State LA starting Monday, January 13.
LAFC will kick off its preseason matches with the Club's third-ever international friendly against South American giants Club Atlético Peñarol on Saturday, January 25 at Banc of California Stadium. The Black & Gold will then host New York City FC on January 31, FC Dallas on February 6 and Toronto FC on February 12.
All preseason games will take place at Banc of California Stadium, and only the friendlies against Peñarol and Toronto FC will be open to the public. A limited number of tickets are available for both games, for more information visit www.lafc.com. Last month, the Club released its 34-game schedule for the 2020 MLS regular season. LAFC will kick off the campaign with a three-match homestand in the heart of Los Angeles, hosting expansion side Inter Miami CF, Philadelphia Union and Portland Timbers FC at Banc of California Stadium. Two weeks prior to the start of the 25th MLS regular season, LAFC will travel to Mexico to take on Club León on Tuesday, February 18 at 7:00 p.m. PT at Estadio León in Leg 1 of the Round of 16 of the 2020 Scotiabank Concacaf Champions League. A week later, the Black & Gold will host the Liga MX side on Thursday, February 27 at 7:00 p.m. PT at Banc of California Stadium. For more information or to purchase tickets visit www.lafc.com/ccl.
