
Ladies Night and 1990's Night at LECOM Park this Weekend

Bradenton, Fla. - The Bradenton Marauders will hold Ladies Night and 1990's Night during this weekend's series against the Tampa Tarpons (New York Yankees) at LECOM Park. Ladies Night will take place on Friday, August 10. Gates open at 5:30 p.m. with first pitch slated for 6:30 p.m. The 2018 Decades Series concludes with 1990's Night and The Sandlot 25th Anniversary on Saturday, August 11. Gates open at 5:00 p.m. with first pitch scheduled for 6:30 p.m.
Friday night's fun includes pregame yoga on the field conducted by Natalie Block Fitness, Training & Dance. The yoga is open to all ladies and will run from 5:30 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Every female fan in attendance at the game will also have the opportunity to enter a free raffle for sensational prizes. Elements Massage will be on site to provide free massages. Drink specials and merchandise specials for women will also be in effect throughout the game.
Friday is also the final installment of the MySuncoast Bark in the Park Series for 2018. Doggie admissions costs $2, with proceeds benefitting the Humane Society of Manatee County. Dogs will have the opportunity to circle the bases with their owner postgame. Leashes must be worn at all times.
Saturday night is an ode to the 1990's and a celebration of the iconic baseball movie "The Sandlot", which was released in 1993. The first 750 fans to arrive will receive a free t-shirt presented by Pepsi. A DJ will be spinning 90's tunes pregame and postgame. The Marauders staff boy band, The Frontstreet Boys, will perform on-field during the game.
In honor of "The Sandlot", the Marauders will offer a photo booth themed around the movie. There will also be a whiffle ball game running from 6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. on LECOM Park's agility field. A used baseball equipment sale benefitting the Boys & Girls Clubs of Manatee County will take place during the game.
Zambelli Fireworks will present a spectacular postgame fireworks presentation sponsored by Budweiser following the game on Saturday night. Season ticket holders purchasers and anyone attending as part of a group of 10 or more will be allowed onto the field to enjoy the fireworks show. Fans can also play Baseball Bingo on Saturday night, presented by Jersey Mike's Subs and PLS Print.
The LECOM Park box office hours are Tuesday-Friday non-gamedays from 11:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. On gamedays the box office will be open on weekdays from 11:00 a.m. until the end of the game and on Saturdays from 3:30 until the end of the game. The box office will open two hours prior to Sunday games and 10:30 a.m. games.
