Labenski named starter

Kalamazoo, MI- The Kalamazoo Wings of the United Hockey League announce that defenseman Greg Labenski has been selected as a starter in 2005 Pepsi UHL All-Star Classic. The game will be played Monday, January 24th in Glens Falls, New York.

Labenski, who will make his first-ever all-star appearance, was voted as a starter by the fans during a internet vote that occurred last week on www.theuhl.com.

Besides Labenski, the K-Wings will also be represented in the Pepsi UHL All-Star Classic by defenseman Daniel Carriere.

The official All-Star rosters are comprised of 20 players (18 skaters and two goaltenders) with each Member Club represented by a minimum of one player. The following is the official starting line-up for for the 2005 Pepsi UHL All-Star Classic.
